After working an SR with Oracle related to errors received on the Payroll Message Report - Process tab (attached), recommendation from Oracle was to set this Payroll Process Configuration parameter:

"Chunk method used to determine the next group of employees to process" Default to PREALLOCATED.

Does anyone else have this parameter set in their live environments? What impacts should we expect? I can't find documentation on possible other impacts to payroll processes and if this parameter interacts with any other parameters we may have setup.

Any information on what this does would be helpful.
