Recently updated data in an Org Tree is not displayed in OTBI reports

Summary:

In mid December, I created about 20 new departments and tied them to existing Divisions in an Organization Tree.  The departments were created with a 1/1/25 effective date.  At the time I created them I did a row flattening of the Organization Tree. But that didn't seem to work as the divisions are not being returned on OTBI reports for the new departments. I tried the flattening on the organization tree again today but the division is still not showing up on reports.  Do you have any ideas how to fix this?  Is there a process that needs
