Restricting Recruiter Access if they apply for job

Hi Team, We have a requirement to restrict recruiters from accessing candidate data for jobs they apply to as internal candidates. Below is the detailed requirement:
Scenario:
If a recruiter (e.g., Alex) applies for a job internally, such as a Manager position, Alex should no longer have access to view or interact with other candidates who have applied for the same job. Specifically, Alex should not have visibility into:
- The Requisition
- Other candidates' profiles or interactions.
- Scores or evaluations.
- Interview feedback or related data. etc
This is to ensure confidentiality and prevent any conflict of interest when a recruiter applies for a role they are managing.
