customized notification working only when the language preference of the recipient is set to English

I have customized the standard workflow notification and added few attributes regarding employee assignment, but the issue is its delivering customized notification only when the language preference of the recipient is set to English, if its set to other language(Italian) its still delivering the standard notification. Any one got idea on this issue please?

The content within Brown box is the customized part added, which is working fine.

Only the Italian language preference is not working fine,
