taleo connect client (TCC) and automated task providing different count

We have created a Automated task to perform permanent deletion of submissions and we have used only 1 filter which is "Organization".When we click the count its showing 319200.

In the same was we created a TCC script to pull these 319200 submissions using the same organization filter. However, its giving only 314000 results. We would like to know why is there a difference in count. When the same filters is used in TCC and Automated tasks.
