Refreshing Environment

Hi,

How far in advance can we perform a copy to DEV before the next environment refresh? It’s not clearly described in this documentation.

Also, we’re considering switching back to Cohort 1 to align with the next release in February. How often can we change the cohort? Would it be possible to switch to Cohort 1 now for February and then change it again later? Or would we be locked into Cohort 1 for the entire year if we switch now?
