Person Spotlight Customizations

Hello everyone,

My organization recently implemented Redwood Performance and Goals and found the performance and goals tab disappeared after enabling Redwood. While researching, I learned that Oracle plans to address some functionality gaps in future releases. However, our HR team relies on quick access to the Performance and Goals pages through Person Spotlight, and this has become a challenge.

Does anyone know if it's possible to add a custom tab on the Person Spotlight page as a temporary solution until these sections are fully available in Redwood? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
