Responsibility type not visible in Person Security Profile

The responsibility type that is highlighted in the below lookup does not show up when I try to create a Person Security Profile.

Below is the screenshot of the Responsibility types in person security profile:

But is available when I try to create the AoR as shown below:

What am I missing? Any help is appreciated.
