No LOV's for Business Unit while creating Job Requisition

Hi,

We created custom Recruiter role and assigned it to a user. However, when the user with the custom Recruiter role try to create a job requisition, the Business Unit field isn't showing up when Position and Job are in Use. Can anyone suggest if we are missing any configuration?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
