It's possibile to use the rating levels of a competency as a prerequisite for a course?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a certain level of rating of a competence as a prerequisite for a course? So for example, if the prerequisite for course entry is a rating level of 5/5 the student with rating 3/5 cannot access it.
