Hi Team

We are trying to hire an EX-CWK who is also a active non worker through ORC. So in this case person has 2 work relationships. One associated with Ex-cwk AND another with Non worker.

Offer has been provided in ORC on his Ex-cwk candidate profile. The OFFER action we chose was "Add Employee Work relationship"…..

Subsequently, when we did a "Move to HR", we saw that the application put his status as "Manual processing" on "Manage Job offers" (but did not create a pending worker record/ employee record)
