Impact on changing Validity Expiry Period in Learning Initiative

Hi all

Confirming my understanding on what will happen if client modifies their existing Learning Initiative and changes the Validity period from 2 years to 3 years.

So if change and submit, the change will be applied to all existing learners managed by this initiative. That means their last completion, and the renewal assignment that has a future start date, will be updated to reflect the new rules. There will be no change to the completion date or any other details.

The next renewal will get updated as well, so the start date and due date will be recalculated based on the last completion date and the new renewal rules that have now been applied. So if current employee completed 03/09/24, renewal date will update from 02/09/26 to 03/09/27 with no impact?
