Hi

I'd like to activate notification that would be sent in the bell notifications based on the requester which is filled in the Invoice Line.

Yet, i've managed to :

  • activate the notifications in the workflist (but not the bell, even after running the "synchronize Notifications in Global Header" process)
  • send this notification based on the holds identified and based on the requester in Invoice Header but not based on requester of Invoice Line

How can I achieve this ? The setup i've done is in the .doc attached
