Fast formula for CSP - Trigger an action only if the organization is valued with specific values

Is it possible to write a Fast Formula based on the value that is entered in the “Organization” field during the creation phase of a job Requisition?

We would like to make sure that the CSP action “Request Secondary Information” is triggered only for Requisitions related to a specific Organization.

Do you have any suggestions?
