Duplicate Check Date of Birthday/National ID

Summary:

In the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information task under Duplicate Check in Move to HR we have enabled "Use person creation duplicate check setting for all candidates", in the Manage Enterprise HCM Information under Person Creation Duplicate Check we have "Last Name,Full First Name,Date of Birth,Gender or National ID", we have a lot of duplicate check error during Move to HR we ould like to avoid this.
