Will Reverse termination have an impact on payroll elements
Hi Experts,
I need your help in understanding the impact on payroll elements, if an employee is termed and then due to certain reasons, the termination is then reversed.
Will all the elements be restored back and deductions pulled in during payroll run OR do we need to make any changes in the system?
This is for US payroll.
One of the employees who was termed and then the termination reversed, the pre-tax deductions were not pulled in during payroll. Not sure what went wrong.
Any suggestions?
