Mobile Fusion Application, none of my access is not available, Mobile Permission?

Hi all,

I am my company's BSA for Oracle so I have a lot of access, but when I installed and signed into the mobile Fusion Application, my user has nothing, only the basic HCM options that every user has. I would expect to see OM, SCE, Procurement, Receivables, Payables, etc etc.

I'm sure I'm missing the obvious, but I was unable to find documentation regarding how you get the same access in the Oracle Fusion Applications mobile app as I do in the Web Browser. Can someone help point me in the right direction?
I am assuming there are Mobile specific roles and/or data access, but my searching was unsuccessful.
