Unable to View Document of Records of employees in the quick action

Summary:

Upon navigating to My Client Group>Quick Action>Document Records, users were able to see employees. However, when they click on the name of the employees, nothing is happening. The expectation is that users should be able to see the document of records of the employee. What is the privelege or duty role that will allow me to perform this task?
