Unable to Upload Attachments for Enrollees

Hi. I created a course offering with multiple activities (I used the repeat function to create these) and noticed that while I was able to upload multiple attachments to the first activity for the enrollee, I am unable to save any attachments uploaded for the other activities. Once I click "OK" after uploading my attachments, they disappear. Appreciate any advice from anyone in this community. Thanks!
