1. Allocate month-end balances and offset to either an asset or liability natural account based on month-end balance
2. The ability to allocate a source account balance to a given destination account if the source account balance is debit (positive); to a different destination account if the source account balance is credit (negative)
3. Alternatively, allocate 0 if the source account balance is debit (positive); allocate the source account balance if the source account balance is credit (negative).
