Position Code listed multiple times when creating a Requisition

Hi Experts,

When creating a Requisition, the entered Position code is listed multiple time. For one Position code, its listed 3 rows. Gor another, its listed ~20 rows.

I'm not seeing this with every Position code. But wanted to seek advise on what is causing this?
