Adding attachments in non-catalog learning request require approval again

Hi,

Got a case that the staff has already submitted a non-catalog learning request and has approved by the 1st approver.

When the approval reaches the stage of learning specialist approval, who is the second-last approver, the requester adds an attachment.

Then, the approval process is resumed and returned back to 1st approver.

Any configuration can be done to set that adding attachments do not require approval again?
