Not able to filter job applications by EFF

Summary:

Hi,

From Job requisition > job application > Advanced filter > Extra info, we are not able to filter job applications by Text free EFF.

As you can see if I fill a text flexfield filter nothing happens, but if I fill a flexfield with a list of value or a number flexfield the filter work correctly.

Do you know what could be the problem. Is it an expected behavior?
