We are trying to create new content item for the category -Talent Community Confirmation Notification BU wise but we are getting below error on this.

It is not allowing to create New from version or create new content item for the same category.

Only one content item with an active version is allowed for this category and visibility. Make the other content item inactive and try again. (IRC-1590107)
