Resource Alert token help - Learner enrols onto an ILT activity

Summary:

I have created a new resource alert with the resource of learnerLearningRecords

This is to be triggered when a learner has assigned onto a new ILT course

However I am really struggling to populate the template with the activity date and the instructor name. I have tried adding multiple expressions using the expression tool JSON but I can't seem to find the correct token that pulls any data.
