This is a simple question regarding REST APIs.

We are investigating the functionality of the following APIs to manage Personal Shopping Lists.

THE QUESTION:

Can this API be used by authenticating as a single global user to centrally update the individual personal shopping lists of ALL the requestors in the system?

Which priviledge would be required?
