Needing enhancement to VILT Attendance Report

Summary:

On 24D.

We enabled MS Teams and Calendar integration with Oracle Cloud. This is to use the Virtual Classroom functionality in Oracle Learning module.

After tested, we've found short comings for the Attendance report.

Report alignment, Date/time displayed in UTC, Duration displayed in millisecond. Really? millisecond?
