Credit Memo are not getting accounted.

Summary:

There is no issue in the invoices but when i am trying to account the Credit memos using ESS job 'Create Accounting' , these are not getting picked and the status remains the same i.e., Unaccounted.

May i know if anyone else facing this issue? Please respond.
