If the system could populate the names associated with the position numbers

It would be good if the system could populate the name of the TL associated with the position code number as a way to confirm the code is correct. It currently doesn’t give the TL’s name. There is also no field in the positions details (step 2 of the process) that shows the new TL’s name or even the employee’s name.

when doing a reporting change, it no longer shows the names of the people you are moving, so if you have put the incorrect position number in i.e. got 2 digits back to front you will inadvertently move the wrong person. If we can see the names associated with the position numbers it would make the process more robust
