Prefix is showing as number after candidate moved from ORC to HR

Hello,

Here the candidate name is has Prefix - Dr.

In ORC before moved to HR it appeared as Dr.

But when it moved to HR showing as number 1.

This is showing in all places of candidate.

We are trying to remove the number and put is as previous. Please explain
