Pending Worker notification for Learning

Summary:

We need to build a custom notification to send an Alert to Pending Workers of their ILT Onboarding Class registration.

We tried changing recipient mail expression to: ${AlertUtils.person(learnerLearningRecords.assignedToId).HomeEmail} and ${AlertUtils.person(learnerLearningRecords.assignedToId).PrimaryEmail} but that did not work.

When we looked at the templates in this page: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/25a/faucf/templates-and-data-models-used-for-hcm-notifications-based-on.html, Learning isn't listed.

Does that mean that we cannot configure BI Publisher reports to send notifications for Learning?
