Next Gen HR Help Desk: How to default email address and disable few email address in SR details page

When agents compose an email to the customer, requirement is to disable few email address shows in helpdesk SR details page.

When agents compose an email to the customer, the email channel value shows all the email address which are active however we would like to disable some email address.
Ex: If we have 3 active email channels, Test@oracle.com, Helptest@oracle.com and Testing@oracle.com. We would like to disable Test@oracle.com and display only Helptest@oracle.com and Testing@oracle.com.
In the below screenshot we have 2 email address, in that one we would like to disable one and other should display.
