Hiding Fields on Page based on work flow

Summary:

Hi Team

We have requirement to show Preferred name in Personal details section with in Add Non worker flow . And this field should not be visible in Add pending worker flow . Can you please let me know if this is feasible if so is there any EL expression we have to achieve this requirement ?
