Error while loading the French names to Document types

Hello Everyone,

Greetings of the day!!

We have a document type with the name T2200 in the system. Now we are trying to load the french name(Transalated name) of that document type through HDL and we are getting the below error.

The translation record was not created because the base record does not exist

Below is the dat file that we are using.

METADATA|DocumentTypeTranslation|DocumentType|BaseDocumentType|Language|SourceLang|Country

MERGE|DocumentTypeTranslation|T2200 d'origine|GLB_T2200_ORIGINAL|FRC|US|
