We got blocked at the Biographical Info section when we are trying to convert a pending worker. Wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue. We have an SR raised but it's been opened for a while now.

We are trying to convert a pending worker but got blocked at the Biographical Info section saying "another user is updating this record. Try again later".

The feature is available under My client group > New Person > Pending workers

This issue is happening sometimes in different sections while converting a pending worker.
