How to hide Context Segment appearing on the Marketplace on HRIS

I am trying to hide the 'Context Segment' field appearing under Marketplace while 'Refer a Candidate' from ESS view. On VBS I don't have the option to hide or select the Context Segment field as its all greyed out and on Business Rues side also the option is not available to hide-

Navigation- ME > Job Opportunity > Job > Refer an Employee
