Can we hide primary button and limit drop down options on Employee Self Service Page Contact Info

Hi there,

I am trying to make some personalization through VBStudio to the Employee Self-Service Page - Contact Information. Navigation is Me > Contact Information.

I am trying to 1) Hide the primary selection button (client doesn't want the employee to have option to make their home email address primary) and 2) Limit the selection of the drop down button to just home (client doesn't want the employee to have option to have another email labelled as their work email). These two are highlighted in yellow below.

Can this be achieved through VBStudio?

Context: I am unable to find the component for this in Page Components or Fields sand Regions.
