How can I add a specialization to another specialization activity

Summary:

I have a high level course / specialization that has multiple pre-requisite courses to complete and some of which have their own specialization (pre-requisites). We have employees who are trying to enroll into a course which is listed as a specialization as it has pre-requisite courses to complete. They are enrolling into a different course (specialization) which lists the previous course as a pre-requisite and enrolling into that course (at the course level) in order to bypass the original Specialization course to avoid taking the pre-req's.
