I'm encountering an issue in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) when retrieving data from the Subject Area: Procurement - Requisitions Real Time > Document History > Additional Information. The problem arises specifically with records where the Performed Action is "Approve."

Here's the situation:

  • I'm pulling data from the Procurement - Requisitions Real Time subject area, particularly focusing on the Document History and Additional Information sections.
  • The report works fine for most actions, but for records where the Performed Action is "Approve," the Response Values or additional data do not appear in OTBI. However, these values are visible in the Oracle Fusion Cloud instance.
