completed work order show as work order demand for raw materials in supply planning

Summary:

After 24 D patch, we're seeing completed work orders still showing up in Supply Planning as work order demand with quantities for raw materials (collection ran and supply plan refreshed). Has anyone seen this issue?

In the first 2 screenshots from manage work order screen, you can see that work order is completed, with 162.8 Thousand Square Feet and 222.811 Scrapped quantity (total of 385.611 thousand square feet = 9447.4695 pieces).

However, in 3rd screenshot from supply planning, you can see that after collection run and supply plan, in supply plan, it is showing work order GEO50083 with work order quantity of 5377.4695 pieces and thus work order demand for each individual raw materials.
