Why Details section of Review cost distribution shows +ve amount for -ve value of cost element?

Why Details section of Review cost accounting distribution shows positive amount for negative valued cost element?

Also total at bottom shows sum of all cost elements including this -ve values cost element amount.

For ex.

Material: 100 $

Freight: 20$
Discount: -10$

Total Item cost: 110

But Cost Distribution Details section shows for example for 1 qty transaction :

Material: 100 $

Freight: 20$

Discount: 10$

Total 130$
