Time Frame for which the payment field attachments are available in cloud to be viewed or downloaded

After payment, On the Payment File page, Till what time frame are the following attachments available to view and download-Status, Positive Pay File Created, Payment File Register Created, Separate Remittance Advice Created. Please provide the time these fields are available and the respective attachments available to be viewed or downloaded and not grayed out or disabled. The requirement is to know when does the purging happen for the same.
