How to remove edit and delete for Redwood Job Requisition as Hiring manager

We had a problem and issue. But maybe this community could help us?

When Redwood is enabled for Job Requisition page ( ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED), the customer and the seeded Hiring Manager can be able to delete and edit PRESCREENING QUESTIONS.

How can we disable this? Please help community.
