How can system know when Purchase Requisition has to be converted to RFQ?

Once a Purchase Requisition is approved, it can automatically be converted into a PO via GEN AI
However, what happens when I need an approved Purchase Requisition to be converted into an RFQ process?

How will the system know that this approved PR needs to be converted into an RFQ and not a PO?
