Add pending worker error message

Summary:

Hello,

One of our users facing an error essage when submitting the Add WK process. The error message is the following

I assumed that the error was from the selected Action reason, but this one have the same start dans end date as the action.

My other assumption is that custom action reason are not supported in our current release, but I checked the fix planned in 25A and I don't see any related to our issue

Is there any other explanation on this topic ?
