Summary: Candidate is not receiving the job application qualified notification

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Internal Candidate has applied in internal requisition and cleared the disqualification question, however the candidate is not getting the notification related to the same.
We created a new Automated job application notification for internal candidate and added the same to CSP for internal candidate.
