How to Defualt "Period Type" field value to Inception to Date

Hello all - quick question, on the Award Screen when you look at the summary data on the over view screen, there is a field labeled Period type. This has principally two values: Inception-to-Date and Period-to-date.

Question, How do we get it to default to Inception-to-date?

Navigation = Home→ Grants management → Awards → Manage Awards (Side menu) → Query for any Award and view it
