Summary:

This issue is occurring for Managers and Admins
Navigation - My Team - Performance - Manager Evaluation - Select worker - 2024 Belcan Objective Planning - Manager Evaluation - Goal comments and goal ratings that the employee put in are NOT visible to the manager. They are visible to the employee and admin (only for some of the employees).

Expected result would be the goals the employee along with their comments and ratings are visible to the manager so the manager can use that data for their ratings.
