Change the fields shown in the 'ship-to' LOV in Payables?

Summary:

Is it possible to change the layout of the ship-to LOV in Payables? My organization has a desire to remove description and add city but I can't locate the area where these can be modified. This is something we can do in HCM (via Design Studio / Search Configuration) but not sure about ERP.

The list we have currently shows name (shown as ##### in image), street address and description. We would like it to display number, name and city.
