Changing confirmation messaging when submitting an Address Change

Summary:

When we submit an Address Change, the messaging that comes up on screen states "Your changes have been submitted for approval"

Our business would like to know if it is possible to change the messaging to state "Your changes have been saved and now pending approval"

Is it possible to change the messaging on the screenshot attached, or is this standard delivered functionality messaging that cannot be changed.
